Betances Health Center Opened in Bushwick
In 2018, Betances Health Center expanded to Bushwick, Brooklyn, to provide affordable, culturally sensitive healthcare to the neighborhood’s predominantly Hispanic, low-income, and uninsured residents. The center aimed to serve 1,200 patients annually, addressing common health issues like diabetes, hypertension, and HIV.
