Health Equity in Action: Communities Forward

We were proud to produce the Health Equity in Action: Communities Forward Summit on behalf of Pfizer’s Multicultural Health Equity Collective and it’s co-convening partners – Morehouse School of Medicine, National Association of County and City Health Officials (NACCHO), National Caucus of Native American State Legislators (NCNASL), and The Century Foundation. We launched this platform with the inaugural convening in Atlanta, GA, of 100 thought leaders from across the healthcare landscape to focus on solutions for addressing systemic racism in healthcare. This year’s summit convened over 200 industry and community leaders to inspire and advance community engagement around four priority health equity areas: workforce pathways, research and data, healthcare facilities and delivery systems, and policy. We congratulate The Collective and all the partners for sustaining this bold work and continuing the movement toward systemic change during these challenging times. #EquityinAction
