Felicita Rodriguez - Operations Manager
In this capacity, she is accountable for managing the day-to-day operations in addition to supporting the President, Executive Vice President, and Account Executives.
She actively engages with clients, vendors, and external partners on administrative matters and responds to inquiries into Arcos. With over 25 years of corporate experience, Felicita has never shied away from a challenge and remains steadfast in mastering each role she is assigned.
Prior to joining Arcos, she managed the payroll and benefits for over 300 attorneys at a Legal staffing agency. She takes pride in her work and is always willing to lend a hand beyond her current role.
