T. Marc Newell heads the Administrative and Financial Operations of Arcos Communications and is a principal Market Strategist. He has been with the agency since its inception and as such, has been instrumental in the management of various client projects throughout the years, including campaigns for Aaron Davis Hall, Cherry Lane Theatre, Monroe College, Nuyorican Poets Café and WBGO Jazz 88. He is engaged in all key project management, personnel and budgeting decisions for client campaigns.

Mr. Newell has over 30 years of experience working with multicultural communities in major cities such as Los Angeles and New York. Beyond his PR and marketing experience, his background includes the development of government-funded health, education, employment, youth, homeless and faith-based programs to strengthen low-income communities in the five boroughs of New York. He also directed government and community relations for New York City’s homeless services and served as a key liaison to the Boroughs of Manhattan, Bronx and Queens of New York City. In the Los Angeles area, he assisted in the administration of low-income housing assistance programs, mostly in African-American and Hispanic communities.

Mr. Newell is a California State University graduate where he earned a Master of Business Administration degree and a Bachelor of Science degree.
